May Crowning
For centuries, the Catholic Church has set aside the entire month of May to honor Mary, Mother of God. We plan to crown Mary, Our Mother, Tuesday May 7th during the 8:00 school mass.
- Students may bring fresh, unwrapped flowers to lay before Mary as we process in to mass that day.
- Students may wear blue on top with jeans or uniform bottoms to honor Mary this day. All tops should have sleeves, no holes, hoods, or crop-tops please.
Talent Show
The Talent Show is scheduled for Thursday May 23rd. Please use the link below to sign-up by Monday May 6th to participate in the Talent Show AND to audition the week week of May 6th during music class. The audition process is to ensure acts are rehearsed and finalized to ensure students are ready for performance on Thursday May 23rd. If students are not prepared for the audition they will be asked to take this year off, and audition again next year. Please help your children to practice and prepare so they are prepared for their audition.

Join Hands Day
All students and their families are welcome to join us for both planting flowers and lunch.
Holy Moments
Read a passage from the Gospels and reflect. The Gospels are 2,000 years old, but they still have a message…just for you. But you’ll never discover the message until you take the time to read and reflect on them! Simply pick a passage and read it slowly, asking God what message he has for you! And remember, some moments are holy. Some moments are unholy. And you decide!
Tips to Create This Holy Moment:
– If you’re not sure where to start, try the Feeding of the Five Thousand or Matthew 16:13-16.
– Ask someone you love what their favorite Gospel story is and read it together!
– Try memorizing your favorite Bible verse!

Fundraisers
SCRIP
What is Scrip? “Scrip” turns everyday shopping into cash for the St. Patrick Church and School. Purchase gift cards at face value in advance to use at checkout, instead of paying with credit, debit card, check or cash.
How Does It Work? Purchase gift cards at face value from local merchants who designate their own discount percentage ranging from 1.5% to 30%. The discount amount translates to profit for the St. Patrick!
- $50 Marcus Theatres gift card at 8% = $4 St. Patrick profit
- $100 Walmart gift card at 2.% = $2.50 St. Patrick profit
Purchase SCRIP before shopping by filling out this form and turning it into the parish office or call in your order to the rectory at 402.466.2752 and we can prepare your order ahead for you. SCRIP can also be purchased at the parish office or after weekend masses.
We’re excited to share that our school is participating in Cash for Classrooms, part of Casey’s Rewards. This opens up St. Patrick School to new funding opportunities to help improve learning environments for students.
The best part? Donations don’t come out of your own pocket. When you buy from Casey’s and use their rewards program you can simply turn your points into a donation to our school.
Help St. Patrick School make the most of this program and learn more at Caseys.com/schools.
