Sr. Deanna Wolcott

camera 047Hello my name is Sister Deanna Wolcott.  I graduated from Auburn High School and then continued my education at UNL earning my degrees in Elementary and Special Education.  I have been a Marian Sister for 48 years and taught at Villa Marie for 17 years and continued to teach 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th grade at St. Wenceslaus, Sacred Heart, and St. Patrick’s where I am currently in my 3rd year here as the Resource Teacher.  In my free time I enjoy praying the rosary and cross stitching.  I have 1 brother, John, who is still living and lives in Florida.  I love being able to help children expand their learning abilities and look forward to working with all the children who may need my help.  Children are truly a gift from God and I love that I get to be a part of their learning journey.
