Used uniforms will be available at no cost to school families in the gym hallway after weekend masses and in the atrium during conferences.  This is a great way to try find fall items such as pants and sweatshirts before you buy!

St. Patrick Spirit Shirts in various sizes will be for sale in the atrium during conferences for $10/ each.

ArtFX is opening the store back up if you missed your chance to order uniform items with a screen-print or embroidered logo.  You can order from this link through Oct. 13th at 9:00 a.m.:  https://stores.inksoft.com/st_patrick_catholic_school/shop/products/all?page=1  Items should be delivered to the store the 1st week of November.  St. Pat’s gear makes great a great Christmas gift!!!

School Pic Orders + Retakes

School picture proofs and order forms were sent home earlier this week.  Orders for these proofs are due Monday October 4th.  Each student will receive a free class composite.

If you are unhappy with the proofs you received or your student was absent on photo day, retakes are available for staff and students on Monday Oct. 4th.  Students may wear a non-uniform top with uniform bottoms for retakes.

Winter Coats Wanted

If you have winter coats that are in good shape, but no longer fit or are needed, we would love to pass them to St. Patrick families.  Simply wash, bag, and bring to the office by the morning of Oct.  5th!

Dress Code

A few dress code reminders are below.  We rely on families doing their best to adhere to the dress code.  The dress code teaches us all about obedience, modesty, and most important helps to create a positive work and play environment for everyone!  Please do not rely on a teacher to contact you regarding a dress code compliance issue.  If you are financially unable to provide the required dress code clothing, please email Mrs. Placek directly for assistance.  You can access the dress code anytime on the website – Parent Information -> Dress Code… Or save this link:  Dress Code | St Patrick’s Catholic School (stpatricklincolnschool.com)

We know you work very hard to help your child to be compliant. Thank you for your efforts!  If you have questions, let us know.

Oct. 4th Family Time Challenge

This is Your Life OR Dance Party

Log the amount of screen time and sleep your children are getting every day for a week.  Do the numbers surprise you?  Do they surprise your children?  The recommended times for school-aged children are:  Screen time: 1-2 hours, Sleep: 9-12 hours (per the CDC)  (You do not need to turn in your log.)  OR  If the thought of keeping a log puts you to sleep, dance!  Have a family dance party with music of your choice–waltzes, some polkas, the Chicken Dance, the Twist or The Electric Slide. It’s as easy as turning on the music.

Altar Server Training

Altar Server Training will be held Saturday, October 2 at 9:00 a.m. for all young men in our parish in grades 4 and above. This training will be presented by Father Schweiger and is for both young men wanting to become servers and those who would like additional training or a refresher.  This is a wonderful way to serve God and St. Patrick Church.

St. Patrick School Family of the Day

Beginning in September, we will be praying for a St. Patrick School Family each day.  The School Family of the Day will be listed on our Lunch + Events Calendar.  As a school we will pray for the School Family of the Day after mass, and we ask your family at home to include the St. Patrick School Family of the Day in your family prayer.  If you don’t already pray as a family – this is a simple way to get started.

  • October 4th – Dinh Family (Kathy & Tracy)
  • October 5th – Dinh Family (Anna)
  • October 6th – Dinh Family (Jennifer)
  • October 7th – Driscoll Family
