The Holy Family Prayer
JESUS, Son of God and Son of Mary, bless our family. Graciously inspire in us the unity, peace, and mutual love that you found in your own family in the little town of Nazareth.
MARY, Mother of Jesus and Our Mother, nourish our family with your faith and your love. Keep us close to your Son, Jesus, in all our sorrows and joys.
JOSEPH, Foster-father to Jesus, guardian and spouse of Mary, keep our family safe from harm. Help us in all times of discouragement or anxiety.
HOLY FAMILY OF NAZARETH, make our family one with you. Help us to be instruments of peace. Grant that love, strengthened by grace, may prove mightier than all the weaknesses and trials through which our families sometimes pass. May we always have God at the center of our hearts and homes until we are all one family, happy and at peace in our true home with you. Amen.
Attendance Letters
With long covid quarantines and isolations a thing of the past – we are resuming sending attendance notification letters home with families as missed days and tardies accumulate. These letters are for your information and we are always happy to work with you to answer questions or support you in assuring your children arrive to school on time and miss as few days as possible. Just two missed days a month adds up to over 10% of the school year!
When children are absent from school, they miss out on consistent instruction that is needed to develop basic skills. Students who miss school are particularly susceptible to falling behind in fundamental reading skills, which can have a snowball effect that impacts future learning. We all want your children to succeed – let’s continue to work together to support their academic, social, and spiritual growth!
Toby Kid Assembly
A HUGE thank you to the Home and School Association for sponsoring Toby KID from Toby Teaches to visit the PreK-5 students at St. Patrick School. His message about the power of reading and his highly entertaining performance were loved by all!
Uniform Orders
Families can make individual orders for logo polo’s, fleece, and sweatshirts after school begins. Call Tim at ArtFX – (402) 421-2611 and tell him you are with St. Patrick School in Lincoln.
For non-logo items, including shorts, pants, skirts, and jumpers – any local or online store will work!
