COVID-19 Nationwide Lunch Waivers Extended for 2021-2022 School Year

Tuesday, April 20, the US Government extended students to receive free school meals through the 2021-22 School Year.  A complete school lunch will be provided for each child this year at no cost.  Students who bring a cold lunch will be charged for a milk should they need one.  Students who take salad bar only, or seconds, will be charged as normal.

School Visitors & Birthdays

  • Students are welcome to bring treats to celebrate their birthday.  All treats must be individually wrapped in order to make the distribution process as clean and easy as possible.  Store-bought and homemade treats are allowed – simply wrap/bag each treat before it comes to school.  Please coordinate which day you plan to bring treats with your child’s homeroom teacher.
  • Students are welcome to sit with family members during daily mass.  Please arrive at least 5 minutes before mass begins (7:55).  Students will not be allowed to move from their seat after Father begins to process in to the church.
  • We will continue to have a ‘no visitors’ policy during the school day through Sept. 3rd.  All parents are asked to drop their children off with a staff member outside of the building each day.
  • Parents are welcome to come to the office to check students in/ out, drop anything off, or ask questions!

COVID Prevention Plan

A reminder that the LLCHD has determined that for the protection of public health, all schools in Lancaster County shall require facial coverings of the mouth and nose in all indoor settings for all children over the age of 2 and under the age of 12 through Friday, Sept. 3rd.

Students who come to school without a mask will be offered one.  Any student who will not wear a mask will be asked to wait in the office until a parent can come and either encourage compliance, or take them home.  Thank you in advance for helping us to comply with this mandate.

If you do want your child to drink from the water fountain, please send them with a water bottle – any water bottle is fine!  The office will not issue water bottles to students this year.
