Art FX orders due July 26th!
- For items with the St. Patrick logo – the ArtFX store is open through July 26th. Orders will be delivered to the school office and ready for pick up before the first day of school.

- SPIRIT day t-shirts must be purchased from ArtFX
- For non-logo items, including shorts, pants, skirts, and jumpers you may shop at ANY store. Old Navy, Walmart, Amazon, and JCPenney are popular choices!
- Regardless of where you purchase items, they must be of appropriate length for all students. Please ensure ALL skirts, skorts, and shorts are close to knee-length or just a bit higher (within 2 inches).
Gently used uniforms will be available for families in the new uniform room by appointment throughout the summer.

Back to School Office Hours
The school office and Used Uniform Shop are open Tuesdays-Thursdays 8am-2pm. Please email or call to make an appointment if you plan to stop by – we might be in and out and don’t want to miss you!
Back to School Night – August 14th
Please plan to attend the back-to-school kickoff open house on Friday, August 14th!
6:30-8:00 – Classrooms Open
- Drop off school supplies in the classroom & meet the teachers
- Socialize with school families and celebrate the start of a new year!
- The office will be open to drop off paperwork & lunch money.

Complete Student Enrollment ASAP!
If you have not yet completed enrollment paperwork for next year, please do so ASAP! The process has been streamlined for returning students, so that you just need to review demographic information and complete agreement forms. This can be done on the PowerSchool Website, or on the PowerSchool Phone App.

Used Uniform Shop
The used uniform shop is always accepting gently used uniforms. We have a good stock of inventory for most sizes. Junior High skirts are also ready to go! The Used Uniform Shop can be visited during summer office hours or opened by appointment. Used uniforms will also be available during Back-to-School Night.
HSA Dine-Out Night – August 26
Treat the family to dinner and support St. Patrick School at the same time! Mention St. Patrick when you order, and Don & Millie’s will donate a percentage of sales back to the school!
School Picture Day – August 28
School Picture Day is scheduled for Friday, August 28th during the school day.
- Every child will have their picture taken and be featured in the yearbook and class composite.
- Absent students will have their picture taken on retake day – October 16th.
- There are no order forms with photos. Directions on how to order online will come home with proofs in September.
- If parents need two proofs for separate households, please email the office and we will let the photographer know.
Dress Code:
• Students are more than welcome to wear their school uniform for pictures
OR
• Uniform Bottoms with a dress-up top (no jeans)
• Girls may wear dresses with leggings/ shorts underneath.
• NO dress shoes please – sneakers/ tennis shoes only
• NO sleeveless/ tank-top style tops or dresses without cover
• Students will be going out to recess and eating lunch in whatever they wear for the day

Home & School Association
The Home and School Association needs your help to achieve our mission of supporting our St. Patrick School family. We would love to welcome you as a volunteer and/or new member! If you can help, please contact St.Patrick-HSA@cdolinc.net.

- Made a significant contribution to purchase flexible seating options for the new library
- Coordinated Fall Cookie Dough and Spring Butter Braid Fundraiser
- Coordinated multiple dine-out nights
- Purchased STARS tickets for teachers
- Contributed to the “Heart of a Child” presentation cost
- Coordinated and contributed to teacher Christmas bonus
- Put on Bingo and Community Night for Catholic Schools Week
- Coordinated Fish Fry Dessert table and volunteers.
- Provided refreshments and desserts for Confirmation and First Confession receptions
- Provided a teacher meal and treats for teacher appreciation week
- Provided awards and refreshments for Activities Honors Night
USDA Summer Food Service Program
The USDA’s Summer Food Service Program provides no-cost meals to children ages 1- 18 years at approved locations across the state. To find information about summer meals sites near you, visit the SFSP Site Finder.
